Espinoza worked in the Portuguesa State Health Directorate, and his appointment to Gaceta was the first of several. And it is that his career in public entities has not stopped or been limited: during the 10 years that have passed since the publication of that Official Gazette No. 39428, the lawyer has gone through five ministries.
Three years after his first appointment to the Public Ministry, Luisa Ortega Díaz –who was appointed Attorney General in December 2007- assigned him the position of Superior Prosecutor of the Cojedes State Vice Prosecutor's Office. A little less than a year later, in November 2011, Ortega Díaz changed his position again. He would now go on to lead the Department of Common Crimes of the Ministry. His name disappeared from official publications until July 19, 2013, when he was appointed by the Minister of Interior Relations, Justice and Peace, Miguel Rodríguez Torres, representative of the Public Ministry for the Regularization of Guard and Custody Parking Lots, as well as of the Judicial Depositaries before the presiding entity.
